c-sectionuk is on a mission to support, care and cater to the ever-growing group of c-section parents who find themselves searching for ways to have a more positive c-section birth and recovery.
Founded by Midwife Vic - a practising Midwife and Hypnobirthing teacher - c-sectionuk are committed to changing the landscape for c-section families who find themselves desperately searching for unique and tailored prenatal and postnatal education and support specifically for their c-section birth.
Through comprehensive Digital Courses, as well as the option to book an Online Support Session with an expert Midwife, c-sectionuk want to make accessing professional-led c-section knowledge the norm.
Our flexible courses are designed to suit your busy schedule; they can be played, paused and saved for later at a time that suits you.
At c-sectionuk we firmly believe that knowledge is power, and that power translates to confident parents and positive births.

Midwife Vic
Founder and Lead Midwife

What I do: Founder of CSUK and lead midwife educator across our digital courses, I lead strategically across the business as well as doing what I love most which is teaching women!
What part of my role I am most passionate about: I truly believe knowledge is power and the more you know the less you fear. I love working with c-section parents to empower them to have a positive birth and recovery.
Years of experience: I’ve been a qualified practising midwife for 9 years. I’m also a Hypnobirthing teacher, part of the teaching faculty for the UK Resuscitation Council, and have worked across all midwifery platforms internationally. You can find me across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube working with large maternity-focused brands such as Pampers and Mama Mio Skincare, as well as creating educational content for expectant parents with top tips around pregnancy, birth and recovery.
Fun fact: I'm a total storyteller. I love nothing better than regaling a wild story from my twenties which was spent working in the Middle East. There was a lot of fun had.
Midwife Zoe
Infant Feeding Specialist

What I do: I hold a MSc in Advanced Practice Midwifery. I enjoy having the privilege of supporting women and couples through their pregnancy, delivery and postpartum journey across 8 different countries around the world.
Years of experience: 13+ years.
What part of my role I am most passionate about: Empowering women and families, advocating for informed choices and helping educate people are aspects of the job that I genuinely love.
Fun fact: Having grown up in Austria I have a passion for mountains; whether it’s hiking up them, skiing down them or even finding a cold mountain lake to jump in!

Freelance Midwife Blogger

What I do: I hold a BSc in Midwifery (distinction). I am a qualified hypnobirthing educator and also a birth trauma resolution therapist. I am working towards an MSc in perinatal mental health which is a bit of a passion project.
Years of experience: 13+ years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: I love being a midwife, but I particularly enjoy complex care planning in the clinical setting. I enjoy reading about the effects of mental health on infant neurological development and family dynamics.
Fun fact: I talk. A lot. But I find myself pretty interesting (and quite funny).

What I do: All things admin and then some. If Vic asks, I deliver. Pardon the pun.
Years of experience: 28+ years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: Having recently experienced the joy of having a baby, I am thrilled to be involved in the education and empowerment of women for when they deliver their babies.
Fun fact: I have contortionist joints. Many a limbo competition has been won.

What I do: All things digital, web, social media and design for CSUK! Alongside this, I run my photography business, Steph Bisson Photography, capturing families and squishy newborns!
Years of experience: 10 years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: Getting the word out about our platform to help mums know they are not alone and can be part of our amazing little community. I am a huge advocate of truly taking care of our mental, emotional physical health, so this is at the heart of my role here at CSUK.
Fun fact: Not a mum to a human baby, but I’m mum to many a plant baby and to Sunny the Sausage!

CSUK Physio & Recovery Specialist

What I do: I am a scar specialist and physiotherapist, running my business HLP Therapy. Find me in the c-sectionuk Recovery course talking to you about all things pelvic floor and c-section scar massage.
Years of experience: 22 years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: Seeing individuals recover well. My main focus is on c-section scar recovery, using my Physiotherapy knowledge, skills and personal experience to shape the treatments I deliver.
Fun fact: I’m 6ft 4inches. You can’t get more unique than that (I’m as tall as a baby giraffe!).

What I do: Here to help CSUK reach as many people as possible through our incredible content and resources.
Years of experience: 7+ years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: I love data and analytics, so it's been great working with CSUK to understand the important questions and information parents are looking for around C-Sections and helping answer them!
Fun fact: I’m a big coffee lover. And I eat Sushi every Friday without fail.

What I do: I am Steph’s pawsonal assistant and provide emotional support in the form of snuggles during CSUK team meetings! Part-time model.
Years of experience: 2 years
What part of my role I am most passionate about: Making the CSUK team feel happy and interrupting meetings to ask them to play with my ball and give me belly rubs.

Our Values
Midwife Led
We pride ourselves that every course, comment and online session is led by one of our Midwives, placing experience and expertise at the forefront of our company. We’re correcting misinformation, with the help of hands-on, practising midwives who will guide you through your c-section journey.
Accessible Education
With both our courses and online Midwife sessions available digitally, we aim to be accessible and flexible to suit busy lifestyles. We want to make life easier, by smoothly slotting into your schedule, with learning that fits around you. No need to go out to a class; educate yourself from the comfort of your home.
Creating Community
Birthing and raising babies can be a bumpy ride, every new parent needs to find their tribe. We’re so excited that we get to help build yours. We’re especially proud of our Bump It Forward scheme, ensuring our c-section education is achievable for those facing financial hardship.
