2. Nature of Services — Educational Only
Our services include antenatal & postnatal education, digital learning, recovery support, written information, and community guidance.
We provide education — not personalised clinical care.
Our courses support understanding, empowerment and preparation, but are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You must seek personalised clinical advice from a qualified midwife, doctor, obstetrician or healthcare provider for any medical concerns relating to pregnancy, birth, surgery or recovery.

Information provided by C-sectionUK is general educational guidance only.
No materials, courses, emails, videos or digital content should be used to diagnose, treat, medically manage or make urgent medical decisions.
Individual outcomes, birth experiences and recovery journeys vary — we cannot guarantee any specific result.
Any decision made following information from C-sectionUK is taken at your own discretion and responsibility.
If you have concerns regarding fetal movement, infection, wound healing, mental health, symptoms or medical complications — you must seek urgent professional care.
This disclaimer exists to protect your wellbeing by ensuring clinical care is received from those appropriately positioned to provide it.

5. Course Use, Content Ownership & Limitations
Materials are for personal use only — not for redistribution or clinical use.
We reserve the right to update, revoke or modify access at any time.
Where expert voices appear, their opinions remain their own — they do not replace individualised care from your clinical team.
6. Images, Birth Stories & Media Consent
Submitting photos, videos, testimonials or birth stories to us (via Instagram DM, Google Drive link, email or message) gives implied consent for us to:
store and retain the content
publish on social media, website, newsletters or learning resources
use for ongoing marketing, education and community support
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing:

We will stop further use, although previously shared material already publicly circulated may not always be removable.
