Introduction

At C-sectionUK (“CSUK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality education, support, and resources for parents and families. We strive to ensure every client has a positive and empowering experience with our courses, private education sessions, and digital content.

We recognise that, occasionally, clients may experience dissatisfaction or need to request a refund. This policy sets out the process for complaints and refunds, including sensitive circumstances such as pregnancy loss. All requests will be handled with care, professionalism, and empathy.

1. Refunds – Digital Courses

  1. Individual Courses

    • Digital courses purchased via Teachable or other platforms are generally eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

    • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined by the platform used (e.g., Teachable): Teachable Refunds.

    • CSUK reserves the right to decline a refund at its discretion, particularly if the client has fully accessed or downloaded course content in a way that places CSUK at a disadvantage.

  2. Course Bundles

    • Bundled purchases are subject to the same refund conditions as individual courses.

2. Online Private Education Sessions

  • Refunds are available for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

  • To request a refund, please contact info@csectionuk.com.

3. Pregnancy Loss and Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that pregnancy loss is a profoundly difficult and unique circumstance. CSUK approaches these situations with sensitivity and empathy:

  • If a client experiences pregnancy loss and wishes to request a refund, they should email info@csectionuk.com.

  • Please include your name, order details, and any relevant context.

  • CSUK will review each request individually and will do its utmost to support the client during this difficult time.

  • Refunds in these circumstances are at the discretion of CSUK, taking into account the nature of the purchase and usage of the materials.

4. Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the service received, please contact us directly at info@csectionuk.com.

  • Provide a clear description of your concern, including order details and the nature of the issue.

  • CSUK will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and work to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

  • Our goal is to ensure every client has a positive experience and feels supported in their educational journey.

5. General Provisions

  • Clients are responsible for understanding this policy before making a purchase.

  • CSUK reserves the right to provide a refund at any time at our sole discretion.

  • Refunds and complaints will be handled in a manner consistent with Guernsey data protection law and our privacy policy.

  • Clients may withdraw personal data provided in relation to their complaint/refund request, in accordance with CSUK’s GDPR responsibilities (DPA Number: DPA3336).

6. Limitations of Liability

  • While we strive to provide accurate, current, and high-quality educational services, CSUK cannot be held responsible for personal circumstances, medical outcomes, or emotional distress outside the scope of our courses.

  • Clients acknowledge that participation in educational services is voluntary and assumes responsibility for their engagement.
