1. Refunds – Digital Courses

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined by the platform used (e.g., Teachable): Teachable Refunds.
CSUK reserves the right to decline a refund at its discretion, particularly if the client has fully accessed or downloaded course content in a way that places CSUK at a disadvantage.
Course Bundles
Bundled purchases are subject to the same refund conditions as individual courses.
2. Online Private Education Sessions
Refunds are available for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact info@csectionuk.com.

We recognise that pregnancy loss is a profoundly difficult and unique circumstance. CSUK approaches these situations with sensitivity and empathy:

CSUK will review each request individually and will do its utmost to support the client during this difficult time.
Refunds in these circumstances are at the discretion of CSUK, taking into account the nature of the purchase and usage of the materials.
